A conscious culture that fosters its talent
The sessions serve to remind parents of the importance of educating children about foods that must be consumed in moderation, as well as the consequences that certain unhealthy habits can have in the nutrition of their children.
Occupational health and safety
Health and safety is one of the fundamental values and pillars underlying our organization. Our General Occupational Risk Prevention System (SGPRL) is designed to reinforce a preventive culture with workplaces that are risk-free for all people. Healthy company Promoting good health is an essential part of our integrated prevention plan. The "Long Live the Healthy Company" model is based on four areas: healthy diet, exercise, care, and balance, in collaboration with Doctor Antonio Escribano, a sports nutrition professor. This program benefits the people who work at the Cooperative, their families, and the digital community through our social media platforms.
Education and development
At COVAP, we believe that continuous education is key to staying at the forefront of the sector. Every year, we update our Training Plan and create individual Development Plans, which include our virtual continuous education platform, language learning, and partnerships with educational institutions. University Agri-food Development Center In partnership with the University of Cordoba, we have created this center to bring university education into the rural environment, improve research transfer into the agri-food sector, diversify the educational offering, and promote cultural and scientific outreach and dissemination in regional development.
