Member assistance
The team of people who make up the member assistance department focus principally on providing COVAP's members with centralized support. Their duties include registration and deregistration, as well as the management of complaints in relation to service and product quality, aspects that are of vital importance to the continuous improvement COVAP is committed to, thus improving the quality of assistance provided to our associates and customers. COVAP is also committed to providing its members with agreements with leading service provision companies of interest to them. This negotiation of services and advantages for cooperative members together with the processing of membership cards is carried out by members of this team. The training and improvement of the qualification of our farmers is also essential, both in terms of technical and productive knowledge and business management, in addition to support in the digitalization of our customers' and cooperative members' operations, which materializes through the support provided by this team to the 4,000 users of COVAPPS and the farmer's web portal, platforms that have consolidated themselves as key tools to allow communication and the optimization of processes.
