Queso de leche cruda de oveja y con nueve meses curación que le confiere carácter. Un queso de pasta dura, elaborado siguiendo el método tradicional con la singular forma del cincho. De sabor único, textura agradable y con un tono suave de color marfil.

Cabra semicurado
Elaborado a partir de leche pasteurizada de cabra y tres meses de curación. Con un sabor característico y corteza color pimentón.

Semi-mature Sheep's Milk Cheese
Also made with pasteurised sheep's milk cheese and cured for 3 months. Very creamy and soft, with a very pleasant texture and flavour and a very light ivory colour.

Mature Sheep's Milk Cheese
Pasteurised sheep's milk cheese cured for 6 months. With a hard, solid appearance, firm, compact curd, subtle aroma and ivory colour. A pleasure for the senses.

Mature Cheese with White Garlic
