Enrique Galán
Dairy sheep farmer HIS STORYThough I have always had a connection to the livestock sector, my story with COVAP started not long ago. I embarked on this project cautiously but confidently. I started off with a small group of Lacaune lambs, and I slowly increased the number until completing my current flock.
HIS WORDSVision and Innovation.
For me, COVAP offers a lot of support, as it looks out for our interests.

Dairy sheep farmer HIS STORYOur grandfather was a pioneer, with membership number 63 and a dairy cow farm. In 1973, our father Francisco left home with 200 sheep and 30 dairy cows and created the farm we grew up on. Now we work with dairy sheep.
HIS WORDSSustainability.
Working with COVAP means diversifying and starting up new lines of business. It has allowed us to increase the value of our production, stand out and create a brand known for quality products. This translates as making our assets profitable and maintaining this land and the people who live off it.

Bricio Garcia
Dairy sheep farmer HIS STORYI started in 1984 raising Merino sheep for meat, but given the instability of the meat sector I decided to make a change and in 2000 I decided to start a dairy sheep farm. This type of farming was very new and required a large investment, but I have to say that it's been one of the best decisions I ever made.
HIS WORDSSacrifice, hard work, and dedication on a daily basis.
COVAP is support by farmers and for farmers, especially when the going gets tough, because it gives us a real sense of security.
