The well-being of our customers is our main motivation to maintain the highest quality and safety standards, because our priority is always to take care of them. To achieve this, it is essential to preserve the trust they have deposited in us, maintaining the confidentiality of the information they share with us, innovating together, and providing excellent products. Our operating model is characterized by a combination of internal customers, the stockbreeding members that purchase the animal feed produced within our organization, and external customers, organizations, and distributor companies that market our products with their customers, end consumers who buy our products in physical and online COVAP stores. One of the main indicators of the growth and expansion of our sales channels has been the opening of new COVAP stores nationally and internationally, with the incorporation of COVAP UK Limited in the United Kingdom in 2022.
Food Safety
At COVAP, we evaluate 100% of our products and services in terms of their impact on health and safety. This allows us to identify possible risks of food products being exposed to contamination by external agents, and even comply with the main standards of Food Safety, Harmlessness, and Animal Welfare at every stage of the agri-food chain.
